Location is unbeatable with easy access to the subway and numerous shops and dining options nearby. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, allowing for a productive work environment. The Wi-Fi was reliable and fast, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring restful nights.

Friendly service during my fairly nice stay. It offers immaculate rooms with comfy beds and a coffee maker, for instance, and every member of the staff was accommodating and honest.

Wi-Fi connection was slow, made me a little nervous.

Great location, just blocks from Central Park and Times Square. The room was spacious and clean with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom. Good water pressure in the shower too. Nice fitness center for a quick workout. The staff were super friendly and attentive, really made the stay enjoyable.

Super location! Near Times Square, hop on, hop off bus, Central park and 5th Avenue stop. Price quality very solid

Super location close to Central Park, opposite Carnegie Hall and just a few blocks from Times Square and Broadway. Beautiful room with 2x 2 beds, large TV and clean bathroom with shower / bath. Neat decor, modern, beautiful lounge. Sufficient breakfast options next to hotel. Metro very close!

People at the reception desk could be a little friendlier.
